Alberta-Based · Canada-Wide

Safety consulting built around your job site, not a template.

369 Safety helps construction and oil & gas companies build OHS programs from the ground up, coordinate COR audits, and staff on-site safety support — backed by NCSO and OHS credentials, with one flat rate no matter how many people the job needs.

The 369 Model

One rate. A team when you need one.

369 Safety is built as a team-based consulting practice, not a solo contractor with a phone number. When a job scales up — say, an emergency incident that needs more than one qualified person on-site at once — you're not renegotiating rates or chasing down separate invoices. Every consultant on the job bills at the same flat rate, coordinated under a single point of contact.

That same model extends to COR audits: rather than auditing our own program work, we coordinate independent audits through a network of four external, qualified auditors — so your Certificate of Recognition process stays arm's-length and defensible.

More about how we work

Why it matters on an incident call

Serious incidents rarely need just one person. Investigation, documentation, worker support, and regulator communication can all be happening at once. The 369 model means you can bring in the right number of qualified people without the rate structure getting complicated.
